So 66,000 convicted felons got their rights restored by Abigail Spanberger in just 7 months. So we are to believe in 140 working days, an average of 471 applications for restoration were reviewed per day, & were considered on an “individualized, case-by-case basis” as required by the Va Constitution & the Va Supreme Court. Does anyone actually think this occurred? Why has the legacy media never asked her this question?
