@munakadri @1MEBurner1 @bizEducator @osstf Although not through the SBCBA, the 2008 round was through Provincial Discussion Tables (PDTs). The negotiated PDT agreements put pressure on boards to get deals by a certain time. Locals were able to leverage that time to make improvements.
