So proud of the kid's work on their shelters! We're reading Hatchet and this just seemed like a better assessment of their learning than some test. Watching the teamwork, creativity, and smiles made it a great day. They killed it!

My kids are starting their favorite book ever--they just don't know it yet. Here was their short free write assignment yesterday, they had to create a short story using that as the start. It was awesome. I love my job (and Hatchet.) That is all.
