He's a nervous cat and is scared of the storms and with more moving in this is NOT the time for him to go missing.
He loves dreamies so if you spot him shake a bag and offer them to him, chances are he'll come over.

He's neutered, chipped (although I'm not sure how well because the vet messed up.) and only knows his own space of the house and garden.
