@sushi_avocado "I guess being used by Mahiru wasn't enough for you, now you're getting used by Guren as well."
-
"Why do I get the feeling i was just used?"
"Hey, what are friends for?"
"You only seem to say that when you need something."
@shinyamybelove7 i thought we were tight & then she didn't even mention me in her goodbye post.. (i think she'd figured out i secretly hated guren)
if i were to reconstruct catastrophe, i would like to give sayuri a role as someone who grew up a lot more sheltered than the others and therefore isn't nearly as desensitised to cruelty, which clashes with shinya's resignation and creates conflict between them
@Hlwpr1ce guys if we count every past life, vampire transformation and demon transformation as a Death then everyone will have died a billion times๐ญ
couple years ago i saw someone say "the way guren and mahiru could've both had shinya and they chose EACH OTHER?? talk about horrible taste" and that about sums it up.
chose each other and STILL had to take shinya down with them for whatever fucked up reason
the way the story treats shinya's multiple deaths (...) is so??? it's only ever depicted as something terrible happening to GUREN, never as an actual person being killed. yes shinya was passively suicidal and didn't give a shit but it leaves such a bitter aftertaste
this is genuinely the worst fucking story i've ever had the misfortune of growing interested in.
"guren and i have no regrets"!?
THIS IS NOT GOOD WRITING. it's not even a story at all! it's spouting misplaced emotional dialogue with no actual fucking meaning behind it whatsoever.
@shinyamybelove7 yep. recently remembered that noya exists, what the fuck was that even about
he just appeared, being an anomaly because he was the only demon to have his memories BEFORE mikaela's awakening, and then refused to elaborate
i'm just still so baffled. like, were we wrong for expecting more?? was it always just an empty story with even emptier characters??? i don't think it was
