@virginmedia It’s resolved again. As it always is within 24hrs. Problem is - service is inconsistent and folk who rely on it are being failed by VM. I’m now down at least £150 in data charges for my 4 teens over the past 6 months - maybe more. And my wife’s small business is also suffering.
