@ezDebt_Solution I am getting harassed by you guys. I get phoned 7pm to try to sell me your service. I get weekly calls. I have requested multiple times to be removed from your list and it never works.
Please guide me, what can I do so that I stop being harassed by you guys?
@TAKEALOT 3/3: With Amazon's entry into SA, Takealot needs to step up. My experiences with Amazon, even for international orders, have been far more efficient. To keep supporting you, I need to see improvements in your service and reliability.
@TAKEALOT 2/3: Worse, I received wrong products and was falsely told items were out of stock, despite them being available on the seller's page. This inconsistency is frustrating and undermines customer trust.
@TAKEALOT 1/3: As a long-time Takealot supporter, I'm disappointed. The quality control on your sellers has dropped significantly. I've faced issues with missing invoices and orders being out of stock after a long wait, only to see the same products listed at higher prices.
@Vodacom I was phoned today and got offered a contract. When I asked where they got my number, they stated a “national database”. I opted out at DMASA. As far as I am concerned, my number was stolen. What can I do to prevent calls from you ever again?
@Afrihost your support team is beyond useless. How can I contact someone that can properly diagnose a problem and not just read off of a list of responses?
@Afrihost That’s fine, take note:
1. I have had this issue for 3 weeks, going on 4, which I have paid for.
2. I have done all of this 3 times now (tickets: NCA-536-13959, EUX-153-91058) with no solution or feedback.
I trust you understand the frustration.
@Afrihost Yes, everything on the sim card works, the MTN data, SMSses, calls. The only thing not working is the Afrihost data. The APN settings are correct
@Afrihost 5) To which I fear may have the same fate.
Clearly there is a problem somewhere between the service providers. The support agents can’t solve it, that’s fine, but it needs to be sorted and I can’t solve it if they just create tickets and leave me on “read”
@Afrihost 4) Even though I specifically stated this in my support chat, they still asked and nobody contacted me. I had to follow up a week later to see that they posed a question, which was already answered, but nobody contacted me.
All this, simply to get another ticket (EUX-153-91058)
@Afrihost 2. I confirmed, there has been no sim swap, the MTN data and calls work. There is nothing wrong with the phone or the sim card, the Afrihost data simply doesn’t work. Presumably because of something MTN did.
Your support team is unable to assist.
@Afrihost 1) I have configured more than 5 phones with your network. All 5 phones have MTN sim cards and they’re all working, for over a year.
3 weeks ago, one of them stopped working spontaneously. The specific sim got a “Welcome to MTN” SMS, and the data stopped working.
@Discovery_SA I get called bi-week. Phoning on behalf of Discovery, offering me some product.
I ask every single time to stop calling, to no avail. I don’t know how they stole my number, but it has made me dislike and distrust you.
How can I make this constant harassment stop?
It’s been 2 weeks that my business has been without fibre because @Afrihost & @vumatel didn’t realize that using a RSAID as an intermediate key is a bad idea. Anyone wanting reliable internet should stay away. Support is clueless and I would suggest to fire the useless developers
@EskomSePush Anyone else looking at the days, noticing that we’re on track to hit 146 days… that means, more loadshedding this year than in the years 2015 - 2021 combined!
@elonmusk any chance you could buy South Africa and lay off all the people that don’t add any value there? If it works for a complicated platform like Twitter, I’m sure it will work for South Africa…
@webafrica can someone please help me? Your system billed me for two services because an agent forgot to cancel one. The WhatsApp agents don’t want to unbill me, and they want me to return the single router I have for 2 services.
