@Uber_India There's a bug in your giftcard balance notification system. Instead of showing the amount redeemed, it shows the remaining balance in the SMS we get after a ride. Have been observing this from past 1 year.

@Airtel_Presence My fiber internet connection is down from last 10 days in Nagpur. Called customer care, the local area/service manager but no help. They only give false promises and fake timelines of 4-5 hours but do nothing. Terrible service!!

@HDFCBank_Cares I migrated my current account from ICICI to HDFC based on a promise of ENET. Now I’m told I must first show transactions in the new account. Bulk TPT is our primary use case, so switching without this makes no sense. Very frustrating and misleading experience. 😠

@LivpureSmart @Livpure_India Worst service. My usage is still not done and the RO has stopped working saying 100% used. The Livepure app data shows otherwise. Customer support doesn't do anything. Already raised issue twice. Just cancel my subscription!!

@HDFCBank_Cares Already responded. It's asking for Domain ID where as I do not even have ENET enabled. That's what the query is for in the first place - activation of ENET.
