That would be such a great feat, unless of course they’re going by a Progressive Design Build delivery system, which again would mean the designs are at best 60% completion to make any close pricing. Either way, I see a technical challenge.

@Prosper_selorm @TheAgbeko @Phay305 Even more so technical. It will take a significant time to develop the plans and specs, after which the pre-con phase alone will eat up a chunk of that timeframe. I dare say it is not feasible. Unless we want to do the usual ‘ma me bi saa’ kinda freeway

@steadybooom For every Santos there is an Angelo, Washington, Hutchinson, Ugochukwu, Amogou, etc. If you throw a billion quid around, you'd definitely make some good return on a few hundreds. This is a case of stupid consistency being a hobgoblin of lesser minds. And those SDs validate it.
