Retiling a pool. My class came up with 10 different variations AND their expressions AND proved that they were equivalent! I just gave them a voice/marker and it was amazing to hear/see what they could do and connections they could make! #CNUSDSummerFun #iteachmath #mathmatters

Four 4’s! Students worked on their own, then pairs, then groups of 4. When groups got stuck, students got to go to the board and “teach us your algorithm”. They were AMAZING! Then they worked as a whole class to try and fill in the whole thing! #CNUSDSummerFun #smilewhileyoumath
