On the 12th day of Fitmas my trainer gave to meee! 12 plank jacks, 11 high fives, 10 donkey kicks, 9 lunges, 8 butt kicks, 7 jumping jacks, 6 squats, 5 push ups, 4 high knees, 3 burpees, 2 toe touches, and wall sit and a little cry cuz it’s out last day together ❤️❤️

On the 10th day of Fitmas my trainer gave to me, 10 donkey kicks, 9 lunges, 8 butt kicks, 7 jumping jacks, 6 squats, 5 push ups, 4 high knees, 3 burpees, 2 toe touches and a wall sit!

@MissShoults We have an envelope full of blank nomination cards and the students fill them out and nominate a classmate for being positive, respectful, inclusive etc! Then at the end of the week we randomly pick one and that person gets a special star ⭐️
