Anyway something that I practised this year to gain more knowledge on any subject is to read journals by Kenyan authors. They're often well researched since they're for uni assignments, theses and such. UON has a digital repository with endless pdfs on any subject you'd like.

For the people who buy meds for their parents say on a monthly basis. There's an app called Byon8. If you register your parents, they can have consults with actual Dr's, and if you take their highest subscription, which is 2500pm (I think), your folks get their meds for free.
