My newest prayer is simple: "Lord, settle it." Settle my mind. Settle my heart. Settle my spirit.
Teach me to walk in peace instead of anxiety, and faith instead of fear.

Hall of Fame?! Wow… I’m still taking this in. 🙌🏾
Who would have thought that a girl who studied Food Science would end up in a Chief Marketing Officers’ Hall of Fame?😅Life truly has a way of unfolding beyond our plans….and this one definitely caught me by surprise!
My only qualification here is my love and passion for customers, ever since I did my first ‘real’ sales role in Unilever as a management trainee, it was love at first sight and I have never looked back.
Thank you @brandafrica for this incredible honour and recognition. It means even more because it reflects a shared belief in the power of African brands and stories.
To the amazing marketing and commercial colleagues that I have worked with over the years at @Unilever🤍, @SafaricomPLC💚and now @mtnug….thank you for making room for me to grow and learn…it has been an Unstoppable ride….and still remains!💛
Onwards to creating more impact as we continue to build, believe, and shape a bold, authentic African brand narrative that the world will not help but see and feel.

Next April, 2027 at this exact time, you’ll be standing in the places you used to dream about. Living your most beautiful rich life. Send this to yourself.
Fortunately I’m a girl that’s okay with starting over. There will always be another lover, another job, other friends but never another life .
Always love yourself enough to walk away 🤞🏾🫶🏽
"Thank you,Mr Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. One of my favourite books is Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office. This is in response to what you told me earlier in the morning when you urged me to be a good example to the girls, the younger ones who are doing their first term. Mr Speaker, if they are good girls, they will never get the corner office. Be as bad as Millie Odhiambo and you will be the mother of this House. I am a bad girl and as a bad girl I am here serving my fourth term.
So do not be cheated like in the African culture where you are told to have decorum, dress nicely, be kind and nice. You will go nowhere. Be a bad girl like me and you will get somewhere."
i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini.
i want to be rich so i can control my time and go to the gym at 3pm on a monday.
sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon.
so i can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients.
spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget.
that's my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.
ngl my next relationship we're having a monthly sit down. just sit and discuss us..how things are going, what we can do to develop our relationship more. you'll be surprised at what just a lil communication can do for any relationship
I once helped someone apply for a job I really wanted.
We both went for the interview.
They got it. I didn’t.
I won’t lie — it hurt.
But months later, that same person called me and said,
“They’re opening another position. I recommended you.”
This time, I got the job.
What felt like a loss… was planting a seed.
Never regret helping someone grow.
Have you ever lost something that later made sense? 💛
