Hey @VerizonSupport, can someone explain this?

I’m paying for HBO Max through my Fios account, and my plan clearly states:

“Watch with Fios On Demand or stream with HBO Max app.”

Yet I’m being told by support that I need a separate Max subscription to access the app.

If Max is included in my plan, why would I need to pay twice? Looking for help getting my account properly activated. #VerizonFios #Max #CustomerSupport
