This past weekend, nearly 100 students walked onto a UT Austin stage once more & left as #graduates of the Department of Theatre & Dance.

We are constantly inspired by the resilience of the #Classof2022 & we cannot wait to see how they change the theatre world for the better.

I am THRILLED to announce that I have officially accepted a job: starting fall 2022, I will be teaching performing arts at Camacho Elementary in Leander ISD!!!

I get to teach an integrated theatre and music curriculum to the school’s K-5 students, which I am incredibly excited about- I fell in love with this subject area while student teaching earlier this semester, and I am so happy that I get to stay.

A small update… I have now passed both my theatre content and PPR exams!! (Getting the PPR taken care of this past weekend was a RELIEF and I’m super excited about it!!!)
