The senior classes were treated to a wonderful performance of the Nativity by junior infants this week!

Our classes were transported back to when they were in infants and even had a sing along at the end!

Our class experimented with electricity and circuits last week! Not only do bananas make delicious snacks but they also make great pianos!

What a fantastic Sports Day today! Our class took part in lots of activities and not even Ms. Dunne made it out dry after our water fight!

The time came to set our lovely pollinators free! Our 5 caterpillars emerged from their cocoons this week and once they dried their wings for a day or two it was time to say goodbye!

We had wonderful help from Domhnall from @mrdunne_class and our friends from @siologaStCon 🦋

Throw back to our egg drop science lesson! We had a few eggy casualties but most importantly we had lots of fun 🥚

We’ve been learning all about pollinators recently and the important role they play 🌍

Our class has also become home to 5 caterpillars who are in the process of making their cocoons! 🐛

We had a wonderful morning today with Martha who came into school to 5th class.

We built spaghetti and marshmallow towers (a few marshmallows were eaten of course to test their quality 👀).

We also explored self esteem through discussion and meditation.
