You can find me drinking iced lattes with almond milk, petting kitties, and/or reading a really good book.

While reading Red, by Michael Hall, I started thinking about the crayons that were made for all skin tones.
If you haven't seen these, you NEED them for your classroom. Make sure all of your students can draw themselves bc it's an essential part of their identity.

@kwamealexander I read the Crossover and fell in love with your style of writing. Poetry is something that is extremely close to my heart. With that being said , The Crossover: graphic novel contributes amazing graphics to this story that truly brings it to life.
Last Pick by @jasonwwalz is absolutely hilarious. I found myself actually lol’ing at this part in the book.
This is not what I was expecting while reading this book. I love it!!! @01FirstSecond
@kwamealexander ‘s The Crossover inspired this piece of writing. It’s not about basketball, but I used his form to guide my writing. I LOVE his writing style 🤗
I LOVE the graphic novel The Bad Guys by #aaronblabey . Who ever would have thought a shark, wolf, snake, and little sardine (hehehe) would try and be heros?! YOU NEED THIS BOOK.... it is hilarious. #RESEteachersread#graphicnovel
drawn together by Minh Lee and illustrated by Adan Santat made a special place in my heart.
This children’s book shows that love really is a universal language.❤️ After reading this book, I was speechless.
Books like this push me closer and closer to becoming an author.
Watch as i begin to transform a narrative writing about a sleepless night when I was a child.
I used ‘drawn together ‘ by Minh Le to encourage me to “show, and not tell”— a strategy for narrative writing.

Using the Inverted Triangle Method to narrow down research questions in third grade! #reseteacherswrite#appstateteacherswrite Highly recommend this tactic! Students loved it.
