On Friday, @PicksPacers and @MrsMAlford students made relaxation jars! ✨ The ability to self-regulate is central to a child’s capacity to learn. To understand the usefulness of the jars, we first read “My Magic Breath” and discussed what it means to be calm. @EY_uwindsor
