@UseLemfi I have sent dms on IG amd emails and not one person has given me an actual solution. Why do you guys go all out on ads but your service is terrible? Why not invest in making the app a good experience for your customers? For a first time user I have been stressed
@UseLemfi Are you guys scammers or do your reps really don’t know what’s going on and please I do not want your generic response but an actual resolution. You people have held my funds since 17th of June, causing me a lot of mental stress and sending me the same msg over and over
@RaenestApp For an app that performs well, your customer service is extremely poor and below standard.
I’ve been following up on funds sent since May 22nd and I still haven’t been credited. I understand there was a US holiday on Monday, but why is there still no update?
I’ve sent emails with no response, and your live chat is not responsive either.
Can someone clearly explain what is happening with my funds? Ever since my account was migrated, the experience has not been the same.
This level of communication is terrible
@RaenestApp you guys said I will receive funds at COB on Wednesday. I’ve not seeen anything and no one is responding so I at least know what’s causing the delay @RaenestHQ
Update!!
If an airline messes (delays, misplaces, damages) your luggage, don’t shout, don’t panic, simply find the nearest N.C.A.A office at the airport and file a complain.
They’ll pay for damages, compensate delay and they’ll send your luggage to your doorstep for free.

Last year, a friend lost his product design job.
Two weeks later, his neighbour told him to “just go and teach primary school children for now."
My guy politely explained that teaching wasn’t his passion, and he wanted to stay in product design.
His neighbour got offended and called him “picky” and “ungrateful.”
I told him this:
Having standards isn’t pride.
Knowing what fits your career path is wisdom.
And sometimes, the people who shout the loudest about “just manage anything” will still be the first to mock you if you get stuck there.
Fast-forward to this year, my friend is working with a Finland company as a product designer.
Rejecting a misaligned job isn’t laziness, it’s self-awareness.
