Returning from injury it is important to approach every day with the passion that today will make the difference, but understand that it can be a long process and patience is equally as important. Oh wait, that is the same advice i’d give to a healthy athlete. TODAY IS IMPORTANT
Apologies for the lack of content. I’m far less creative/fun/motivational/thoughtful/... when my mileage is way down. All of that will be changing soon.
