Blue Room has finished their dinosaur unit and have become junior paleontologists! Our 3s and 4s created dinosaur fossils and Dino eggs that they were able to crack open.
Today in Blue Room, our preschoolers read βWeβre Going on a Leaf Huntβ and went on our own leaf hunt in our neighborhood. We sorted our findings by color when we returned to school. π π π
Preschool is working on the seasons and what kind of weather is most likely to happen and when. We made trees to show whatβs on the tree during the four seasons.
With my 13 two and three year olds we made an American flag in remembrance of Memorial Day this year. Each child made a stripe of handprints. My assistant and I used our thumbprints to make the βstars.β
Today we released our friends that we have housed and taken care of for the past 3 weeks! 6 little butterflies are now flying around and they came from our red room! Our yellow room friends joined us for the release. ππ¦β€οΈπ
During the month of April, the red room explored books by Eric Carle. This is our collaborative board. The twos and threes created each of the foods the very hungry caterpillar ate during the week! We also created moons and flowers!
One of our these this month in the red room is the Solar System! Our door this month features our twos and threes as the planets and other assets to the galaxy! Our teachers and helpers can be see as our green little aliens! The red room is outta this world!
