@GraceGasparini@khadijahgill24@Ms_TDoan With spring coming activities allowing students to explore nature can engage the kids like creating their own diy cardboard nature shelf where they can put their nature finds in and work on identifying what they have found. It’s a good way to get students to explore and learn!
In Early Years play-based learning and allowing students to explore are the main methods for learning. What is your favourite activity to do with early year students to facilitate their learning and foster their curiosity? @EY_uwindsor @GraceGasparini@Ms_TDoan@khadijahgill24
Thank you to everyone who was able to come out for the Early Years Carousel! The event was such a big success and it was so much fun. Thank you to my fellow @EY_uwindsor classmates and to all of the donors and volunteers who helped us throw such an amazing event!
This is such a good idea! I love how students are able to explore and come up with multiple ways they can build while making students curious about different perspectives! @EY_uwindsor
I love when students are able to explore different things in the classroom. Using a play-based approach to learning allows students to demonstrate their knowledge in a fun and engaging way! @EY_uwindsor
Resources are such an important factor when teaching! I love the facebook page Little Pine Learners (https://t.co/PRI6KIm7Lu), which is an amazing resource that has so many ideas on how to involve nature with learning! @EY_uwindsor

Provocations are such a wonderful tool to use in the classroom to cultivate creativity and wonder! I had the pleasure of creating provocations with @khadijahgill24@GraceGasparini and @Ms_TDoan in our @EY_uwindsor class and it was such an amazing experience!
I want to thank @Miss_Fraser3, @mrapelle8, and @MissVido for taking the time out of their busy lives and coming to our @EY_uwindsor class last night! It was such an amazing experience and I learned so much!
@EY_uwindsor @DrDSuzukiSchool@joanne_pizzuto@JBrentECE @uwindsored Visiting @DrDSuzukiSchool was an inspiring experience. I took away so much from @joanne_pizzuto and @JBrentECE. One thing that I took away from this trip is the idea of involving student led learning and I hope to implement all that I learnt in my future teaching. @EY_uwindsor
In Ms.Monaghan’s class we are experimenting with apples! What happens when we leave apples sitting in water? In soda pop? In vinegar? @WestgateWolves @EY_uwindsor
In Ms. Monaghan’s class we learned about thankfulness and discovered it means what makes us feel happy! Then we created a thankful tree talking about what we are thankful for! @WestgateWolves @EY_uwindsor
