How Kenya can lower the price of fuel, according to Kiharu MP, Ndidi Nyoro.
Nyoro proposes:
1. Scrapping VAT on petroleum products
2. Cutting oil players' margins by Sh4.
3. Injecting Sh5bn from the Fuel Stabilisation Fund,
4. Reverting the Road Maintenance Levy to Sh18 per litre.
Nyoro says proposals, executed for 4-6 months, will cushion Kenyans from high cost of fuel.
