Exercise is something I have a particular interest in. However, I’ve realised that when most people hear or think of exercise, the first thing that comes to mind is the gym or lifting weights.
Going to the gym or lifting weights is still a valid option too.
Your body needs exercise, so cultivate the habit of engaging in a physical activity every week no matter how tight your schedule is.
Jogging is another great option. As a beginner, you don’t have to do everything all at once, take it one step at a time. You can start by jogging or walking for 15 minutes, three or four times a week, and gradually increase with time.
Ghana is a place where hybrid work practice is best for corporate workers. Maybe 3 days remote and 2 days in person respectively. The rains, the distance, the cost of transportation, the renting of expensive accommodation just to be close to work; it’s eating into salaries a lot.
As a young person, if you want to be very healthy in your old age, you must take initiative now. You don't have to wait till you're 50 years, it'll be too late by then.
Invest in your health🩺 just as you invest in looking good and smelling nice. It’ll definitely pay off🫶🏻❤️

In one of @SirClementEast’s articles, one statement stood out to me:
“If you or a parent faces a major medical emergency tomorrow, a modest savings account will be completely wiped out in 48 hours.”
This is exactly why I believe everyone should follow the work of my foundation.
