Kids in elementary are only with one teacher all day as compared to secondary? Good lord, many elementary kids see more teachers each day than secondary students. Don’t these folks know how schools actually work?

I don’t think there are many people who wake up with a goal of doing a poor job at work. Most people are doing the best job they know how. It is the leader’s job to take people where they are... and give them the tools, resources, training, and encouragement they need to grow.
So, during #EQAO, 20% of my students will be fasting for Ramadan. No food, no water, and likely high temperatures during 3 long days of testing. No doubt this will affect their performance, but the bigger issue is the cultural blindness of the test itself. #ETFO#onted#onpoli
