I had a grade 9 math class 4 years ago that decided if I ever became a rapper my name should be Li’l Juicebox.

Every year, we run 17 km in memory of our former Head of School, friend and colleague, Robert Carreau.
Robert was someone that I always looked up to, and aspire to live my life with as much enthusiasm, joy, and kindness for others that he did.

Running for me is about peace. About moments of clarity. About taking the time to appreciate my surroundings. Gratitude for warm tea after a cold jog. I think this might be what really living is all about. Stringing together seemingly insignificant and beautifully simple moments.
