How can @Hyundai deny a warranty for engine replacement claiming maintenance neglect but the car was serviced at one of your dealerships the entire time. That’s BS. Then you tell me to call the BBB to file a complaint instead of letting me file an appeal? Unacceptable!

Hey @Hyundai please explain to me how I got an oil change at the dealership at every recommended time and got one less than 2 months ago. Now I’m being told I need a new engine in my 2016 Santa Fe and it’s going to cost me over $11,000. No check engine or low oil light came on!
