The more striking thing in the blue zones was their physical activity level & their togetherness/community but everyone tried to focus on the food.

Dana White starts a lot of his mornings inside a full-body red light bed. Then he hops on a treadmill while breathing pure oxygen. At night he sleeps on a PEMF pad.

Megyn Kelly played the clips. Gary Brecka basically said the expensive gear is just a fancy way of packaging what nature already does for free. A really good red light bed can cost as much as a sports car. But sunlight on your skin, some solid breath work, and walking barefoot outside get you most of the way there.

He’s a bigger believer in what God gave us than in the machines. The high-end stuff is cool if you can get it. If not, the simple version still works.

@klemensd77 @RWMaloneMD And i work as a dietitian in the geriatric field. Their biggest issue in my rehab. They've been living off of cereal, toast, bread, sandwiches, easy to make, easy to hold, canned soup. The average protein intake of most of my sarcopenic residents is < 50g.

This little boy is five years old and has pneumonia. His parents drove him to Harney District Hospital in Oregon.
They refused him care because he wasn’t able to wear a mask. Every time the dad put a mask on him, his oxygen would drop below 70 because he suffers severe asthma.. The parents asked for a face shield, the hospital refused.
The parents wound up taking their son for a 3 hour drive to another hospital where he was well taken care of. Thank God !
