@mandm when are your deliveries back in order as I’m still waiting for my parcel and if I’d i don’t get it by tomorrow I won’t need it and I’m not paying to return it. I have unlimited deliveries and at no point was I told you are having delivery delays during sales process 😡
@parcelforce hi just had a text saying I’ve missed a attempted delivery but I was home and no card was left. I’ve called your customer services it’s all automated. I have checked cctv and no delivery has been attempted.

@virginmedia I’m trying find out the disconnection fee as another provider is willing to pay up to £100 fee your lines are very busy on hold 20 mins ! Must be all the disgruntled customers you can’t be bothered to provide the promised service to on hold waiting to cancel. #VMare shit

@virginmedia How can I complain when you just said it’s not your problem! Solution is to find a more reliable broadband provider after over 15 years of custom to you and without explanation seem to have more outages than actually provide a service i pay for ! 🤬

@virginmedia Thanks literally no service for internet phone and tv and no recompense. Thanks very much as long as I continue paying your not bothered. Perhaps you can check when my contract ends as your outages are becoming regular and as a homeworker I need a reliable service !
