#PAF2O students journaling their daily activities (school work, fitness, food intake, well-being activities, sleep, etc.). Student logs "lasagna" for dinner one day, & "cultural food" for another.
We must encourage pride in our food & cultures. Name it. Teach it. Normalize it.
