It’s cool that @amazon customer service reps have taken to lying. 1st person said the purchase wasn’t from Amazon (it is) and 2nd person insisted that the return labels were on their way and the refund would show in 3-4 hours. Fun. Since when did they become hard to work with?

@AmazonHelp It was a gift. I think that’s where all the problem/confusion is coming from. All we have is the tracking number/delivery label on the outside of the box.
