I moved from samsung to apple this year and is a very bad decision. Don't know about other countries but in india, samsung service is much better then apple.
The service center staff are rude and trained to always assume worst from customer.

#worstservice by #amazon. Don't buy amazon products. No after sales support. Had to call for 45 days with no contact. I used to recommend #amazonbasics for others. Now I am thinking to stop using amazon products.
