Hello Habibi;
Welcome to your simplified route to migrating to Saudi Arabia as a nurse before the next Nigerian election (from my own research, I'm not a migration agent): A thread.
A glimpse of nurses standing together in peaceful advocacy for justice, professionalism, and the timely release of NMCN certificates.
Unity remains our greatest strength.
#ReleaseOurCertificates#NigerianNurses
Our message was delivered clearly but with conviction. We asked for only one thing, the release of our certificates which we rightfully deserve.
Special appreciation to @FellowNurses1 for covering the demonstration. We made a statement!!!
#ReleaseOurCertificatesNow
Today, the Association of Young Nigerian Nurses (AYNN) matched to the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) branch in the School of post basic mental health nursing, Yaba
Although we had a setback as regards the turnout. Regardless, ALUTA CONTINUA
Our goal is to know the reason behind the delay of our certificates of registration since 2023.
We were able to speak with a representative officer of NMCN.
He assured us that steps are being taken currently to get the certificates ready, and soon, it would be available.
We pressured on that phrase "Soon" and demanded that NMCN should give clear information on why this has been held for this long.
We spent approximately 45 minutes in front of the office of NMCN demanding reasons behind the withheld certificates.
The rep couldn't give a clear reason because he said it was above him.
From a very notable leader in the profession, she said a board has been appointed, but the federal government — especially the presidency - needs to sign it.
We await the response from our Abuja team because they were able to see the registrar and a meeting was held.
Thank you @dagbananurse@Maggie_shugaa@aluta_nurse @MHN_janet @nursechriz
These are the few names I could remember and tag here.
Thank you @FellowNurses1 for the coverage.
Great young nurses!!!
Normalize making friends with the opposite gender without sexual involvement. You can establish genuine relationships with the opposite gender.
You can’t knack everyone in this world 😆
My first big job in Nigeria was introduced to me by my female friend.
I hope she is good wherever she is.
Have you gotten another certificate or knowledge since your first degree or you think BLS/ ACLS is enough since you wrote it on your jotter and LinkedIn page, If you're a youth in Nigeria trying to build your CV without spending money, these are some of the best platforms offering free healthcare courses and, in some cases, free certificates. A thread:
A 66 yr old retired Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon was kidnapped about 5 days ago and the kidnappers are demanding for a ransom of 70M .
This is someone who has trained thousands of medical doctors during his career of over 40 yrs.
This is not the Nigeria we envisioned 💔💔.
The ideology of rushing to accept low paying jobs simply to gain clinical experience should be debunked.
Taking up a nursing job is not just about gaining experience; it is about applying what you learned in school to clinical practice until it becomes second nature to you.
If your partner has gone to work all day and you’re are at home.
Especially if to they work for long hours
It is common sense that the person at home cook something for them in return.
Except you are physically and psychologically disabled, that’s why you will wait for your partner to cook for you.
Bottom like sha marry a good person who does not separate house chores.
