@JillLang @nckhui @ncae @CMMSCougars I have students in my classroom who come from families with parents working 4-5 jobs but make too much to qualify for Medicaid but too little to afford private insurance. Why is it ok for a 13 year old child with a broken arm to not be covered by insurance?

@JillLang @nckhui @ncae @CMMSCougars ...your surgeon for their bachelors degree in biology. Teachers hired after 2021 will not receive that GREAT government pension or health care for life. I’m sure you wouldn’t accept a full time job that required a bachelors degree if it didn’t come with retirement benefits.

Our psychologists have case loads over 1,000 and cannot provide the services they need. Why? Lack of funding. Teachers with higher degrees...
