A7: I think SEL can encourage conversations with teachers and their students about assessments. In the past I have found one-on-one goal setting to be hugely beneficial when heading into "testing season". This could promote student self awareness and responsible decision making.

#mb8assess A6: Differentiating assessments by CHOICE has always been my philosophy, but it is definitely harder to put into practice than I ever realized. Choice in topic isn't so hard under the same essential guiding questions... but different types of projects and products?!
