First school day after finishing practicum and I can’t describe how much I miss my class. It’s starting to sink in that I will finish my BEd tomorrow and in January I’ll be living the dream teaching my own grade 5/6 class at Pinewood Elementary💚

Benjamin Chee Chee inspired art is my favourite lesson so far this practicum (nothing like students running over to share their feelings of success with me). It was an engaging way to highlight an Indigenous artist and talk ethics.
