@joinoneapp All I see is a broken site that doesn't let me see any of my accounts/pockets. One browser logs me into my profile with no way to see any account into. The other logs me in to spend with no way to see anything else. What a SHIT SHOW.

Our accounts are NOT BBVA accounts (but still simple accounts under BBVA) so they CAN NOT access any of your funds and minimal account info.

Wife Drove an hour each way and spent 4 hours at our closest branch. Couple notes for others the Branches have no clue what's going on. They were told via email the merge was happening a MONTH from now.

They CAN reset accounts/logins via one time password sent to your email (something the call center said was impossible) to get you web/app access.

They rely on the same 800 Number's we have for internal support, so they are completely screwed with the same disconnects and useless call center we've been fighting the last 4 days.

If you do go to a branch be kind and patient, the people there have no clue and are getting completely blind sided by this. It’s also clear they have to deal with this #GrossIncompetence daily.

Wife went into a branch to get her accounts sorted to find out their systems are down and they can't get through to corp either. #RedefiningGrossIncompetence
@BBVA_USA @BBVA_USA absolute BS took 4 calls to spend an hr with one of your finest.. To be told their system won't allow them to send me the SMS to reset the account & my ONLY option is to take time off of work drive an hour to my closest branch... At this point it will be to close accts.
