2⃣ Top Plays: Highest RTS Optimal Rate at each position (in what % of lineups do we project them in an optimal lineup)
3⃣ Most Underowned: Simply Optimal Rate minus Ownership (players who aren't as owned as they possibly should be)

I'll likely update this later in the weekend as the injuries and percentages sway expectations.
