Mark Madsen's Cal Golden Bears hold on to beat North Carolina, 84-78.
Cal is now 14-5 overall and Year 3 of the Madsen Era.
Won 13 games his first season, 14 last year and have made another jump this season.
Just shot 50 percent from the field and 54 percent from 3 in the win.
