What an honor it was to have you in the great state of Ohio, @coachjayjohnson!
Thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to teach and inspire our coaches.
Special thanks to all of the coaches who attended the @oatccc Cross Country Clinic!
This was such a great event and I am so appreciative of the opportunity to talk XC and Track for a day.
Matt Shock is an outstanding person and I’m so glad I got to spend time with him.
Hope to see some of you at @BldrRunClinics in the coming years!
Congratulations to the SECC Boys & Girls on their efforts at today’s District Championships. The boys finished as champions, winning their 11th District Championship in program history! The girls finished 2nd, their 5th District Runner-up finish in program history!

Special thank you to @coachjayjohnson for providing our @SECCTigers with a copy of his book, “Consistency is Key” Consistency truly is key and our athletes have heard us preach about it and will now read about it thanks to Jay.

The cross country coach’s football play call for the next Buckeye possession. Screen pass. Georgia will be trying to get pressure on Stroud. Sound good? @jnutter32
Halftime insight from the XC coach. Let’s NOT run the ball on 2nd & 10+ to go situations. We’ve done it four times and setup a failed 3rd down afterwards. Last year’s game we did it 10 times on 2nd & 10+. Horribly predictable and it shouldn’t be! Just my XC Coach thoughts.
@jnutter32@CaptinedEd Side note - I’m tired of hearing TSUN talk about Corum not playing. Can we mention Smith-Njigba? Oh how about us using our 5th string RB, Trayanun to gash them for 8 ypc ? Everyone forgets about Evan Pryor being out for the season, not just Henderson and Williams.
A special thank you to @DB_SportsReport, photo journalist and sports writer (Darke County), who happened to catch part of Lilly’s trek to the finish line today. @OHMileSplit
Lilly entered today’s @OHSAASports Cross Country Championships with hopes & dreams of building on her outstanding season & earning another All-Ohio finish(top 30). As the race went on it was clear she didn’t have ”her best stuff”as she was going to miss out on her goal of top 10
Today was not what Lilly wanted, but as someone stated earlier, this is only a chapter in her book. I am confident that Lilly will rise above & go forth while writing a new chapter in her book - a chapter of joy - a chapter of triumph.
We are proud of you, Lilly.
