Amen! The church men that attend my church, their fruits definitely show. Walking with integrity and being kind and always repentant and their first visit is always the prayer room when they arrive. It is a beautiful sight to see men who aren’t afraid to Praise and worship the Lord! To those of you true men of God that follow after Christ kudos to you!! 💪🏻 God sees you!

Sharing with the fitness realm, I understand more now then I have before and if it’s one thing I understand it’s the beauty in fitness and how it can transform your life, from the inside out. I respect it. But think of this also, we came from dust and the dust we shall return, we can’t take our bodies with us when we pass away and into heaven, however being fit is important just don’t forget about your soul as well, it’s so much more important and should be placed first above anything and anyone

Hello it’s me again, sitting here listening to the neighbors play Mexican music while singing karaoke 😆 it’s 12:30am and I can’t sleep because of it. So I thought I’d write you, my person, to let you know I always think of you, I always pray for you day after day, waiting for your arrival in my life. Wondering what it will be like to enjoy your company in the silence and just smile at each other with peace in our hearts. Life isn’t promised tomorrow, and since I’m 50 now (even tho I don’t look it or act like it) I do hope i get to be apart of your life before Jesus returns. Living for Him hasn’t always been easy and yes I’ve been lonely but he’s been able to fix the emptiness in me many times over. I just want to share the love of God with anyone and everyone I want to be able to show them who God is and to whom I serve and to share my experience and all that’s he’s done for me. You are probably still resting in Gods timing right now and that’s okay. Just know that I’m still here waiting, being faithful and disciplined. Till next time 🫶🏼💙🫶🏼💙🫶🏼💙
