Today was Day 9 of our Blast Off to Summer! ☀️ We spent the morning on a whole grade level hike 🥾 and ended with reading in the hammock forest! 🌳@JeffersPondPLS @isd719

We've had two great days of ESTEM learning focused all around birds! Kinders made their own nests, learned about wings, beaks and eyes. We even had a special visitor from Richardson Nature Center! 🦅 @JeffersPondPLS @isd719

@JeffersPondPLS Kinders learning about the maple syrup making process in prep for sap boiling on Friday. They even taste-tested between store bought and real maple syrup and I think real maple syrup was the preferred:)
