[AG William Tong @AGWilliamTong]

Spent the morning at Farmington High School celebrating AAPI History Month. Thank you to the FHS Asian American Student Union for hosting me and creating such a meaningful dialogue about our community.

[Clarissa Tan @msclarissatan]

Thank you for taking the time to poignantly share your experiences with us, shedding light onto countless issues, and empowering our students. This conversation held so much power.

Huge thanks also to the AASU for making this happen and for all who could join the conversation!

[Clarissa Tan @msclarissatan]

Enormous thanks to @WilliamTongCT for visiting today in honor of #aapiheritagemonth! As the 25th Attorney General to serve Connecticut and the first Asian American elected at the statewide level, AG Tong is an inspiration to so many both within and outside of the AAPI community.

[Clarissa Tan @msclarissatan]

Thank you to everyone who engaged with today’s live-streamed presentations on AAPI Culture, Identity, & History of Activism! Your willingness to learn about the AAPI experience is felt. To the AASU, brilliant work kicking off #aapiheritagemonth

We’re just getting started 🔥

[Clarissa Tan @msclarissatan]

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We hope everybody’s ready to engage in all of the incredible events the AASU has prepared for Asian American/Pacific Islander Heritage Month this May! 🤩

Check out the Hartford Courant’s coverage of the important work FHS’ very own Asian American Student Union (AASU) has been doing! https://t.co/AtEWPXfDr8

I’d like to thank them today and every day for their ceaseless efforts to spark dialogue, heighten awareness, and create necessary change. Your labors are noticed and they are felt. Your passion uplifts me. Your voice inspires me. You are all changing lives, including mine.
