@Ask_Spectrum I’m not sure, I was told this is the best pricing they could offer an existing customer. No home phone, 125 channels, 2 boxes (1 DVR,1 HD set top), internet for $163,still too much. Why not offer existing, long time customers better offers so they won’t switch services? 🤷🏼‍♀️
