Newly surfaced details from Michael Jackson’s autopsy report paint a shocking picture of the King of Pop’s secret health battles prior to his death in June 2009 at the age of 50. The revelations have reignited discussions across social media under the hashtags #MichaelJackson and #مايكل_جاكسون.
According to the Mirror, the report revealed that Jackson suffered from multiple scars and puncture wounds across his body, believed to be the result of frequent injections of painkillers and medications used to treat his chronic insomnia. At the time of his death, Jackson weighed just 55 kilograms, a figure highlighting the effects of strict dieting, numerous cosmetic procedures, and possible eating disorders.
The autopsy also found no traces of dissolved pills in his stomach, indicating heavy reliance on injections rather than oral medications. Additionally, the report documented scars behind his ears and others on both sides of his nose, confirming that Jackson had undergone several cosmetic surgeries over the years.
Experts noted that the findings underline the intense secrecy Jackson maintained around his health issues. He reportedly restricted doctors’ access to certain areas of his body and remained highly private about his medical condition.
According to the report, the combination of severe physical frailty and extensive medication use made Jackson particularly vulnerable to the fatal overdose of propofol that caused his death in his Los Angeles home.
After Temptations frontman, David Ruffin, passed away in 1991, Michael Jackson stepped in to cover the funeral expenses to support the Ruffin family. To ensure the focus remained on the soul legend, Jackson sent a floral arrangement but did not attend the service, even in disguise.
It was a quiet tribute from the King of Pop to one of his greatest musical inspirations.
