@TMobile@TMobileHelp After a week of issues and multiple calls, a local tech replaced equipment impacted by the update. Better planning could have prevented a lot of customer frustration. Hopefully lessons were learned.

Hey @AmericanAir — $12 for a meal voucher in 2026? That doesn’t even cover chips and a drink at most airports. So this is one of the benefits of being a g gold/Platinum status traveler? Travelers deserve something more realistic.
