@keky757@Joy997FM You get it! That's what separates genuine servants from position seekers. How many others would leave comfort for the party? Respect!
@JoyNewsOnTV He's right. We're better than this! But you can't preach peace to a hungry man. Fix the economic hardship breeding this frustration and you won't need to beg for restraint.
Imagine closing an entire A&E unit without telling the Board or Ministry. Just imagine! The crisis at KATH is real but you can't bypass governance structures because you think you're right. That's not how it works!
I now understand the decision of Prof Asare v AG. This case is also known as the swearing in case where the Supreme Court held that there must always be a working Head of State in the country or else there will be chaos.
Anytime President Mahama leaves the country, you’ll immediately notice how his appointees act “different”.
President Mahama would’ve never directed the CEO of KATH to go on leave because the CEO actually complied with the directives by referring patients to nearby hospitals that might have bed space and even offering specialists from KATH to help them.
If this same CEO had allowed for patients to be treated on the floor because he’s “following orders of the President” it is you very people that will now react to the videos and say “ah why is he allowing people to be treated on the floors.”
Our Vice President is not proactive so when the President is out of the country then everyone wants to display their power.
Same with the Award ceremony that the MPs and CEOs attended. One directive from the President would’ve immediately canceled that ceremony and put the government appointees in their place.
Because the Head of State isn’t here, everyone wants to misbehave. No one wants to admit a wrong doing. Everyone wants to justify their actions.
Sure. Our Head of State and Head of Government will return very soon and will put everyone in their place.
@ofosu_j This is what happens when development serves expats and the elite. How do you charge premium prices for land that floods every year in your own country? Let's get serious!
@Avengers277693@SIKAOFFICIAL1 Overcrowding kills o! You think keeping patients in a place that can't properly treat them is better? Redirecting them to working facilities IS protection.
Discipline starts from the top! If the laws exist, enforce them. But let's not pretend indiscipline alone causes flooding when drainage systems have failed. People are dying while we point fingers!
@kofitonto Imagine talking about protecting farmers when your government supervised the collapse of COCOBOD. Where was this energy when farmers couldn't even get paid on time?
@AnsahLewis We can demand better from our own without accepting 'same garbage' from those who defended worse under NPP! But yes, the people must feel the change, not just hear promises.
@_Fiifi_Sage Protected from 2017-2024? Which cocoa farmers exactly? The ones I know have been struggling while they ran COCOBOD into the ground. Stop the propaganda!
@JoyNewsOnTV Good step EPA. But imagine if we had proper recycling infrastructure. Imagine if Ghanaians didn't have to scavenge landfills to survive! A styrofoam ban alone won't fix this mess.
@Joy997FM Ei, another evacuation! How many more before we demand real opportunities for our youth? Our people shouldn't have to risk everything abroad just to survive!
Anti-LGBTQ+ Bill
It is not everything that the church or mosque is against that we need to legislate into law.

@SIKAOFFICIAL1 Imagine elected officials publicly backing attacks on foreigners. Imagine that hostility. Our people deserve safety and respect. Ablakwa is right to call this out!
President Mahama stating in London that we are no where near the passage of the Anti_LGBTQ+ makes me wonder if the NDC is only play games with us. - Andrew Egyapa Mercer, Former Sekondi MP

The recently passed Anti-LGBTQ+ bill is a better version of what was passed under the previous administration. - Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, Majority Chief Whip, explains
