Yesterday the Go Center Team received the 2024 Excellence in College Counseling Award, presented by @ReachHigher and @CommonApp, in conjunction with the College Football Playoff Foundation. It was an incredible honor that recognizes the ongoing work we do with FGLI students.

Have any colleagues been able to navigate FAFSA for students whose parents do not have SSNs? It says to call, and when they do, the call center purposely hangs up on them. We cannot get these parents verified. These students are eligible for aid. Help!
