Today we had the opportunity to share our Action Research which we have been working on throughout the semester. We focused on implementing multi-sensory strategies into the classroom to target an area of need for our students! What a great opportunity! @JanemMarlin
Loved learning from @AlabamaArchives and how to incorporate their resources into the classroom! We even got to do a fun activity with one of their traveling cases! @DrLizi
Loved getting to learn about ISTE standards, how to beneficially incorporate technology into the classroom, and the laws/policies behind it!! We even got to plan a lesson around including a standard! @DrLizi
MBE will always hold a special place in my heart. It is where I taught my first lesson, learned first hand from my CT, and was reminded daily why I want to teach! Sad to leave these students but excited for my next placement!
Marking sure we plan purposeful science experiments is so important! Today in class we showed how light moves in waves with lasers and baby powder! So fun! @DrLizi
So true! After reading “Relationship, Responsibility, and Regulation: Trauma-Invested Practices for Fostering Resilient Learners” last semester I loved learning how to better understand behaviors! Thank you @drscarbs25 for incorporating the book into class!
Kids don't plan to come to school to get into trouble. Behaviour is a form of communication and quite often - the reason for it will make you sad, not angry.
