Tim Walz said it best: Censorship has no place in our libraries. The Hate U Give has been banned in numerous libraries—but that won’t stop me from sharing our truth. Our stories are meant to be heard. We will not be silenced.
Today I wanted to do something a bit different and recommend my ten FAVORITE books, the books that I shove into the hands of strangers, the books I think everyone should know the joy of reading at least once.

There is no word 'chalant' in English. 'Nonchalant' is from the Old French 'nonchaloir,' ("to disregard").
It's from 'non-' ("not") + 'chaloir' ("to concern").
